Lawful speech is presumed allowed
Content is not a violation merely because it is offensive, unpopular, controversial, bearish, bullish, critical of an institution, or uncomfortable to read.

WrektView is built for open, lawful market discussion — a place to challenge consensus, compare theses, scrutinize institutions, and publish unpopular ideas without viewpoint-based suppression.
Our Mission
WrektView exists to protect the open exchange of lawful information, opinion, analysis, and dissent. We believe freedom of expression and freedom of the press are foundational civil liberties—not privileges that should depend on whether a viewpoint is popular, profitable, politically convenient, or approved by a private gatekeeper.
Our objective is to operate a community where lawful speech is presumed permissible and restrictions are narrow, transparent, and tied to legitimate legal or platform-integrity obligations. WrektView does not seek to police ideology. We seek to provide a place where people can challenge consensus, scrutinize markets and institutions, publish unpopular ideas, and debate one another without viewpoint-based censorship.
We support the principle that every person should have a meaningful right to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas across borders. We view freedom of speech and freedom of the press as universal human rights deserving strong international protection, while recognizing that laws and legal obligations differ between jurisdictions.
WrektView will comply with applicable law. Where intervention is required, our goal is to use the narrowest reasonable action necessary to address the specific unlawful conduct, legal obligation, or direct threat to the integrity of the service—not to use enforcement as a pretext for suppressing lawful expression.
Operating Principles
Content is not a violation merely because it is offensive, unpopular, controversial, bearish, bullish, critical of an institution, or uncomfortable to read.
Comparable conduct should be treated comparably regardless of ideology, market position, nationality, status, affiliation, or popularity.
When action is necessary, WrektView should use the least restrictive effective response rather than suppressing unrelated accounts, topics, or viewpoints.
Material enforcement should have an identifiable rule or legal basis, with an explanation to affected users where legally and operationally possible.
We support a universal baseline right to seek, receive, publish, and exchange information and ideas internationally, while recognizing that current laws differ.
Open expression does not require permitting spam, malware, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, or deliberate disruption of the service.

What we actually restrict
WrektView restricts content or conduct when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect people from direct unlawful harm, or preserve the security and integrity of the service. We do not treat disagreement, criticism, political controversy, market pessimism, market optimism, or unpopular opinion as violations by themselves.
Potentially actionable categories include credible unlawful threats where legally applicable; sexual exploitation of minors; fraud, phishing, credential theft or malware; unlawful disclosure of protected private information; binding intellectual-property obligations; valid court orders or legally sufficient notices; and platform abuse such as impersonation, spam or deliberate service disruption.
